We value your business and your trust in us. There are NO gimmicks, BS or extra charges. All Services are subject to our Terms of Service (and terms and conditions).
Pricing & Payment
- Payment is requirement in full and in advance - to ICENTRO CORPORATION. (digiWise is part of ICENTRO)
- Applicable taxes are extra and not included (Canada - 13% HST)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, unless guaranteed in writing (email OK)
- Payment is by Cash and INTERAC / Email Bank Transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% extra fee.
- Rates published on our website are for individual / residential customers only. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Sorry, there are no refunds.
- Promotions, incentives and special offers are standalone, and cannot be stacked or combined.
- Computer support services performed in-person/onsite, are subject to a 2-hour minimum.
- Projects <$500 are payable in full, prior to project start; >$500 require 50% payment, prior to project start.
CANCELLATION POLICY & TRAVEL EXPENSES & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- For in-person visits, there is a 24 hours cancellation policy. Written notice is required for cancellation of in-person appointments. If there is less than 24 hours' notice, the full minimum fee is applicable.
- Mileage / Travel time: < 10 minutes of DigiWise home base (i.e., West Ottawa) - free; 10-30 minutes travel time, a $10 fee applies; > 30 minutes, a $20 fee applies
- For evenings (after 7 pm) and weekends, extra $10 per hour fee applies
- Parking: Clients pay parking fees.

- We will make reasonable efforts to provide assistance and resolution.
- We take the utmost care in our services. However, It is your responsibility to backup your system and data - we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for DATA LOSS.

software installation
As part of a digiWise Support Session:
- (1) a digiWise technician may install free or free-trial period software on your computer. We do not offer a warranty or service for these software. Consult us if you wish to purchase and/or subscribe to these services.
- (2) a digiWise technician may install special software that allows our services to be provided remotely, with your permission. You may uninstall this at any time. We will inform you by email, and obtain your agreement regarding the timing of future unattended computer support sessions.
Technical Guidance, advocacy and/or representation
As part of a digiWise Support Session, Randy can act as a 'technical guide, advocate or representative' when dealing with computer / service vendors and suppliers (i.e., phone company, Internet service, cable provider for timely information and the best possible deals, offers and contract terms.
An important exception is that Randy / DigiWise is not able to provide assistance and/or support with banks, credit card companies and financial institutions.

Agreement
Regarding these terms and conditions and digiWise Terms of Service:
1. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions and terms of service, we will not be able to provide services to you and/or your organization.
