David works at the intersection of problem solving and relationship building. He has focused his career on how to understanding how individuals and organizations can build the relationships with their clients and stakeholders in order to support the achievement of the goals of all of the parties.
David is the founder and orchestrator of a diverse international online community called Collaborating Minds - bringing together people from multiple fields to work on each others' problems and on larger social and business problems. As the principal of Bridgewell Partners, he also work with management consultants and other professionals to improve their business developments skills -- mostly by focusing on systematic attention to relationship building.
Prior to starting Bridgewell Partners, David was a partner at McKinsey and Company, the global management consulting firm. He was a McKinsey consultant for 15 years, helping clients tackle strategic, operational and organizational problems in financial services, transportation, utilities and other industries. He has an MBA from Yale University and a bachelor's degree from Harvard University.
